Zay Flowers ran an unofficial 4.42 40-time
His first time is about as expected and after adding 13 lbs. of muscle following the end of his collegiate season, it's even more noteworthy. Flowers has been a frequent first-round selection in NFL mock drafts and is locked into a battle with Josh Downs to be dynasty's WR4, a rank which he appears to be holding.

Flowers has raised his stock of late as he reportedly added 13 lbs. of muscle since the end of the collegiate season. A fluid and dynamic route-runner, Flowers has been rising of late, appearing as the rookie WR3 on some occasions. Usually found locked in value close to that of Josh Downs, the Boston College rookie could separate himself with a good performance at the Combine this weekend. He's currently listed as DLF's rookie WR4.

The only thing holding Flowers' value down is his lack of size, recently measuring at just over 5'9" and 182 pounds during the East-West Shrine Bowl. The added weight shows a commitment to what teams are looking for and while he can do nothing about his height, the dynamic prospect has answered questions about his ability to add weight for the next level. Flowers is listed as DLF's WR4 and the R8 overall.

In Todd McShay's first mock draft following the Super Bowl, the Giants select Zay Flowers at 1.25
There's little question the Giants are going to be looking to address receiver this offseason. If not for his size (5'10/172), Flowers would be near the top of the position in the 2023 NFL Draft. He's an elusive, speed-agility product who is capable of running a full route tree with toughness greater than his frame. Flowers continues to rise on boards and is now expected to be a first-round selection in the draft and, likely, will follow suit near the bottom of the first round in dynasty rookie drafts as well. He's listed as DLF's rookie WR7 and the R14 overall, make for a potential early-second steal in rookie drafts.

Boston College receiver Zay Flowers was selected with the last pick in the first round by the Chiefs in Mel Kiper's most recent mock draft.
Juju Smith-Schuster and Mecole Hardman are both free agents and Hardman is nearly a guarantee to depart. The Chiefs selected Skyy Moore in the 2022 NFL Draft and traded for Kadarius Toney later in the season but it stands to reason the team could take another swing at finding consistent production following the loss of Tyreek Hill. Flowers is NFL-ready, possesses plus-level speed and agility while also running a full route tree, making him a sneaky back-end first-round selection. He's listed as DLF's WR7 and our R17 overall.
