Monday Mocks: 2024 March Superflex Startup ADP

Ryan McDowell

Welcome to Monday Mocks, where I’ll bring you…you guessed it, a new mock draft every Monday during the off-season. In my opinion, drafting is the best part of fantasy football, so I do as much of that as I can. This series will be filled with all types of mocks. We’ll draft startups, rookies, devys, and more.

Our March dynasty ADP mock drafts are wrapping up and that brand-new data will be posted here on the site very soon. Until then, I wanted to share a sneak peek at how the top players in the game are being valued in superflex dynasty leagues.

This is our second month to include the incoming rookie class and the player values have been changing rapidly, thanks to the NFL Combine earlier this month, along with recent free agency news. Here are the current top-60 dynasty players for superflex leagues.

ROUND ONE:

1.01 Patrick Mahomes, QB KC
1.02 Josh Allen, QB BUF
1.03 Jalen Hurts, QB PHI
1.04 Lamar Jackson, QB BAL
1.05 CJ Stroud, QB HOU
1.06 Joe Burrow, QB CIN
1.07 Justin Jefferson, WR MIN
1.08 Justin Herbert, QB LAC
1.09 Anthony Richardson, QB IND
1.10 CeeDee Lamb, WR DAL
1.11 Ja'Marr Chase, WR CIN
1.12 Amon-Ra St. Brown, WR DET

  • It’s no surprise to see a run of quarterbacks at the top of the superflex ADP list. The top six picks and eight of the top nine are signal callers. Only Vikings receiver Justin Jefferson spoils the quarterback run.
  • Although they are listed as the 1.01 and 1.02, Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen actually have the exact same ADP of 1.5, tying them for the top overall spot. That represents a small move up for Allen, who was the 1.02 last month.
  • Jalen Hurts rebounded after dropping to the 1.04 spot last month, flip-flopping with Ravens star Lamar Jackson. Essentially, this means the group that we have referred to as the “big three” for the past year or more is now either a clear top-two or a “big four.” Personally, I view Hurts as dropping down a tier and Mahomes and Allen as separating themselves from the rest of the pack.
  • The middle of round one includes a trio of players who could see their value dip as a result of free agency. Joe Burrow sits at 1.06 but could be in danger of losing one of his key targets after Tee Higgins requested a trade. Jefferson already lost his quarterback when Kirk Cousins flew south to Atlanta. Finally, the Chargers were cap-strapped and forced to part ways with Austin Ekeler, Keenan Allen, and Mike Williams, leaving Justin Herbert resembling the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air “all alone” meme.
  • The top 12 concludes with a trio of receivers in CeeDee Lamb, Ja’Marr Chase, and Amon-Ra St. Brown. This feels like the correct top-twelve players but I am surprised at the ADP gap between Jefferson (6.5) and the latter three (9.75, 11.25, and 13.75, in order.)
