Bucs quarterback Baker Mayfield completed 15-of-18 passes for 185 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in a playoff loss to the Commanders.
Baker was efficient in this one, but the game will likely be remembered for a costly fumble in the second half when Mayfield and wide receiver Jalen McMillan botched a hand-off that resulted in a lost fumble and seven quick points for Washington. Regardless, Mayfield cemented himself as the long-term answer in Tampa Bay and an easy QB1 in dynasty leagues this season. He may still be undervalued.

Bucs quarterback Baker Mayfield completed 27-of-32 passes for 359 yards with five touchdowns and no interceptions in a win against the Panthers.
Those are the kinds of numbers Mayfield used to put up at Oklahoma and very difficult to achieve in the NFL. Still, the quarterback Cleveland (and many others) didn't want is putting up a career season with 4,279 passing yards, 39 touchdowns and 15 interceptions. While the 15 interceptions are a little trouble, one must keep in mind he's thrown the ball a ridiculous 538 times already this season. Mayfield has been tremendous all year and anyone who started him today (which they should have as he's been an easy QB1 all year) are likely hoisting a league trophy. Mayfield's dynasty value will continue to rise after this one.

Bucs quarterback Baker Mayfield completed 22-of-27 passes for 288 yards with four touchdowns and one interception in a win over the Chargers.
Tampa Bay blew the Chargers out, mostly because of Mayfield. In short, he's everythign the Browns honestly thought they had when they drafted him and nothing like the player they let go to get Deshaun Watson. Mayfield's play has honestly transformed two different franchises and he's been not only a QB1, but an elite one for most of the season. If you held on to him through the years, congratulations.

With 11 touchdowns, two interceptions, and 1,164 passing yards through four weeks, it's clear Mayfield's resurgence last year was no fluke. He's in complete control of the offense and is a QB1 option moving forward. While his age (29) dampens his dynasty value, he's turning into more than just a streaming option. You simply have to wonder just how much the Browns regret moving on from Mayfield in favor of an expensive and ineffective Deshaun Watson.

Mayfield has had some serious ups and downs in his career but he sure has found a home in Tampa Bay. Fresh off signing a new contract, Mayfield shows he was worth the money (and more) in this one today as he routinely placed the ball wherever it needed to be, hitting seven different receivers on the day. While not a sure-fire "set it and forget it" option quite yet, Mayfield is looking like no worse than a high-end QB2 next week and possibly beyond this season.
