Jaguars rookie Brian Thomas Jr had ten catches for 105 yards and two touchdowns in a loss against the Jets.
Thomas has been nothing but consistent all season, despite being on an awful football team with a revolving door at quarterback. He now boasts a 64/956/8 line on the season and will obviously start his career with at least 1,000 yards. While others may have put up some bigger numbers as a rookie, few have been more impressive when you consider his situation. Thomas looks like a solid top-20 option moving forward in dynasty leagues, at worst.

Even Mac Jones can't slow down BTJ, who has been one of the most consistent rookies all season, despite playing on a team that's struggled to say the least. With a 54/851/6 line already, Thomas looks like a lock to reach 1,000 yards his rookie season. He's one of the more valuable holds in terms of 2023 rookies in dynasty leagues at the moment.

Thomas was able to salvage his day with a touchdown, but was otherwise quiet. Still, he's done nothing but impress all season and if today represents his floor, dynasty managers have a top four rookie on their roster. Thomas will be a roster staple until further notice as he's clearly become the Jaguars most effective weapon on offense.

The Jaguars have been bad, but you can't blame Thomas, who now has 30 catches for 513 yards and four touchdowns through seven games. Thomas routinely makes big plays and while Trevor Lawrence and Jacksonville offense have had their troubles, the fact he's been this steady bodes very well for his future. Thomas is a solid hold and has solidified his first round rookie draft pick pedigree.

Thomas has been one of the most consistent fantasy receivers in the league over the first five weeks of the year and this was just his latest solid performance. With three touchdowns in five games and a total of 34 targets in five weeks, the rookie belongs as a staple in fantasy lineups and has clearly justified a mid-first round rookie pick this off-season.

Thomas has proven to be a solid receiver in the NFL already and clearly has a bright future ahead of him. While he has yet to post a truly dominant performance, it seems his weekly floor is going to be one of the safer ones in dynasty leagues this season. While the Jags are clearly struggling, Thomas has solidified his dynasty value already and remains a solid rookie hold in leagues.

Jags rookie Brian Thomas had two catches for 94 yards in Jacksonville's loss against Cleveland.
Thomas only had four targets on the day but made the most of them with a 66-yard catch. Trevor Lawrence seems to be spreading the ball around a lot but Thomas also looks like the most explosive receiver on the team. While he should remain on benches, Thomas has looked the part thus far in his rookie season and his potential seems to have justified his lofty rookie draft ranking thus far.

Jaguars receiver Brian Thomas Jr had four catches for 47 yards and a touchdown in his NFL debut.
The Jags lost the game but it wasn't because of Thomas, who routinely got open and looked the part of a future WR1 in Jacksonville. His four targets were as many as any other player on the team, making this a very solid debut. Dynasty managers who took the plunge with Thomas in the top half of a dynasty draft have to be pleased. He remains a solid WR2/3 but one with the runway to get better in a hurry.
