2025 Dynasty Fantasy Football Rookie Profile: Bhayshul Tuten, RB Virginia Tech

Bhayshul Tuten was hardly a name on many people’s radars coming out of college. He had a very productive 2024 season, eclipsing 1,000 yards, but only played two years in college.
However, after exploding at the combine with the fastest 40 time of any running back, he’s been flying up consensus big boards. The question we have to ask ourselves (as always when a player rises after the combine) is if we are double counting Tuten’s speed, and if the ability on film truly matches the post-combine hype.
Here’s a deep dive into one of the biggest pre-draft risers.

Tuten was a one-star recruit out of high school who transferred to Virginia Tech after a first year at North Carolina A&T. He bet on himself to go to a bigger school and produced and it paid off. He immediately stepped in as a contributor, finishing with 863 yards in his first season at VT.
