McMillan suffered a left lower leg/foot injury that required a surgical procedure during the 2024 spring practices. Considering that he sustained the injury the week prior to the spring game, it’s unclear how long he would have really been out, which could indicate what injury he had.
He was able to play the entire season without issue, which suggests this shouldn't be a lingering concern. There shouldn’t be any reservations in selecting the #1 wide receiver and #3 overall in the DLF dynasty rookie rankings.
