2025 Rookies with Injury Concerns: Wide Receiver

Kyle Trimble

Every team needs an alpha wide receiver and the 2025 NFL Draft is full of them. These receivers can also be the backbone of your dynasty roster, depending on where they get drafted and how healthy they can stay.

Understanding the injury concerns each of the prospects will help you avoid overpaying for an under-producing talent. Conversely, this may also help you find value in someone who may be coming off an injury that you can get at a discount.

Today, we look at some of the top 2025 wide receiver prospects to give you the latest scoop on injury concerns for your favorite team and fantasy squads moving forward.

Tetairoa McMillan, Arizona

2024 - Left leg/foot injury, spring practices.

McMillan suffered a left lower leg/foot injury that required a surgical procedure during the 2024 spring practices. Considering that he sustained the injury the week prior to the spring game, it’s unclear how long he would have really been out, which could indicate what injury he had.

He was able to play the entire season without issue, which suggests this shouldn't be a lingering concern. There shouldn’t be any reservations in selecting the #1 wide receiver and #3 overall in the DLF dynasty rookie rankings.
