Each week, I will be highlighting some players you should be looking to move or acquire and the reasons why.
This is a repeat trade suggestion from a couple of months ago. However, since I suggested buying Rice, his price has fallen even further to the WR15 in December ADP. We've now finished the points-scoring season and are in the off-season. Yes, there is potential that Rice may see a small suspension, but when he was on the field, he was performing like a top-five wide receiver. The ability to still buy the dip even though there are no more points to score in 2024 is remarkable. I would happily pay multiple future first-round picks in order to acquire Rice, but you likely don't have to pay that much! I would happily take Rice over Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Ladd McConkey, two players going ahead of him in ADP. If you can pounce now and see his value rise over the off-season, it's a move that will help any roster in any situation.
