Post-Combine Superflex Rookie Draft Rankings: Round Three

Rob Willette

The 2025 NFL Combine is in the books. While the event itself can be more sizzle than steak – and we are not privy to key aspects such as medicals and interviews – there are actionable items. It is one of the last data points we have until draft capital and landing spot settle in. It is a good time to reassess rankings and consider any risers and fallers from the weekend in Indianapolis.

DLF will be posting a series of post-Combine rankings. Below is what the third round of a superflex draft may look like.

3.01 – Quinn Ewers, QB Texas

One of the biggest recruits of the modern era, Ewers disappointed relative to expectations, but he was still a pivotal piece of Texas’ resurgence and back-to-back playoff appearances. The highs from Ewers are excellent, but the consistency and durability concerns will be a drain on his profile all the way up to April. Ewers will have his moments at the NFL; the question is whether they come as a starter or a long-term backup.

3.02 – Bhayshul Tuten, RB Virginia Tech
