Final Rookie Report Card: Wide Receivers, Part Two

John DiBari

Throughout the 2024 season, the Rookie Report Card series covered 34 of this season's incoming rookie class. We looked at the performance to date, their potential for the rest of the season, and, of course, their long-term potential as dynasty assets. Now that we've wrapped up the regular season, it's time for final grades. We started with the quarterback class, then looked at running backs, dug into half of the wide receivers last week, and now we'll close out the rookie receivers in this final edition of the rookie report card series.

Malik Nabers, WR NYG

2024 stats: 109 receptions on 170 targets for 1,204 yards and seven touchdowns, with five carries for two rushing yards and one pass attempt

Regular Season Rookie Report Card: Week 15

In Nabers' week 15 report card, I expressed some concern about the Giants' future and how their decisions on offense- particularly at quarterback- could have a negative impact on Nabers' future. I've come around in my thinking and decided that Nabers is quarterback-proof. He finished his rookie season as WR6 overall, with Drew Lock and Tommy DeVito throwing him the ball for nearly half the season and Daniel Jones as the "good" option. He'll be just fine no matter what happens.

Xavier Worthy, WR KC
