Read moreOne of the highlights of the fantasy football offseason has now concluded as the newest Mr. Irrelevant was announced on Saturday evening to conclude the 2024 NFL Draft. Dynasty managers witnessed many surprises during the three-day event with the value of many players being greatly impacted.
As has become tradition, a few of the DLF Team members got together to enjoy the NFL Draft together, and once things wrapped up, we couldn’t help ourselves. We had to mock draft. Without any further delay, here are the results of our three-round immediate reaction mock draft.
The entire NFL world already knew former USC and Heisman Trophy quarterback Caleb Williams would be the top choice of the Bears. Many have suggested Williams enters the league with the best supporting cast of any quarterback selected with the top overall pick. Williams’ situation became even better as Chicago added a pass catcher and offensive lineman with their next two picks. Williams is already being valued as a dynasty QB1, based on our latest dynasty ADP.
While Williams was the consensus 1.01 superflex rookie pick in our pre-Draft rookie ADP, wideout Marvin Harrison Jr., who was selected by the Cardinals with the fourth overall pick, should also be a popular option as rookie drafts kick off in the coming days and weeks. Harrison is almost certain to be the WR1 in Arizona from day one, giving Kyler Murray an elite talent to throw to, something this offense has missed since Larry Fitzgerald left the game.
