It's pretty easy to connect the dots here, so take this with a grain of salt. The Colts have loads of cap space and are one of only a handful of teams who could take on Jones' contract. In addition, they have a need at wideout as they currently boast the likes of the aging TY Hilton and unproven Michael Pittman, among others. The Falcons haven't closed the door on trading Jones, but also aren't aggressively looking for suitors. This will simply be a situation to monitor moving forward. Julio Jones is currently our dynasty WR39 and a prime target for contending dynasty teams.
