Perriman had a dominant back half of 2019 with Tampa Bay as he posted 36 catches for 645 yards and six touchdowns. He parlayed that into a one-year deal with the New York Jets, but struggled to make an impact in his 12 games played there, recording just 30 catches for 505 yards and three touchdowns. The former first round pick has shown talent in stretches, but has largely failed to live up to expectations. Still, his upside should get him a multi-year deal elsewhere. Perriman is currently an uninspiring dynasty hold as our WR85.
