The news isn't official yet though it appears it's only a matter of time. The Packers often find their receivers via the NFL Draft so this signing can't be ignored. Funchess, who played in part of one game for the Colts in 2019 before falling to a broken collarbone, never made it off injured reserve and was allowed to depart in free agency. Should he ultimately sign in Green Bay, it will be an upgrade to his status and he'll carry sleeper value in 2020. The Packers have a younger version of Funchess, Allen Lazard, who emerged late in 2019 so it's unlcear what the starting lineup will look like when the season opens in week one of 2020. Until his role is more clear, Funchess will remain an upside sleeper only and should be rostered in deeper leagues. He's found as DLF's WR87 but his value will rise once the signing is official.
