For the first time in seven seasons, the Dallas backfield will not be led by Ezekiel Elliott. The former Buckeye parted ways with the only franchise he knew this off-season, paving the way for his much-heralded backup to take the reins.
Now, there are many instances where the assumed, new starting running back on a team will be hyped all off-season on hopium only to fail spectacularly in the Fall… this is NOT one of those situations.
