2025 Rookies with Injury Concerns: Quarterback

Kyle Trimble

Every spring, there are a handful of teams looking to reset their franchise by finding their new quarterback of the future. More often than not, this is accomplished through the NFL Draft. Several teams have nailed the top selection and reversed years and, in some cases, decades of NFL futility. Others seem to take shot after shot and miss sometimes due to talent but also poor support and coaching.

While some quarterbacks don’t pan out due to talent or environment, others suffer injuries that prevent them from ever truly excelling at the next level. Some concerns can be seen from a mile away, while others happen in the NFL and derail their career. Knowing who may be a risk in your fantasy leagues, especially dynasty, can help you avoid health pitfalls.

Today, we look at some of the top 2025 quarterback prospects to give you the latest scoop on injury concerns for your favorite team and fantasy squads moving forward.

Cam Ward, Miami

No reported injuries.

Despite playing at three different colleges throughout his collegiate career, Ward doesn’t have any notable injuries over his five seasons at Incarnate Word, Washington State, and Miami. With the Tennessee Titans likely selecting him first overall, the only risk I can consider is whether his offensive line will be able to protect him.
