2025 Dynasty Fantasy Football Rookie Profile: Tetairoa McMillan, WR Arizona

Tim Riordan

After years of dominating classes of rookie wide receivers, the narrative on the 2025 class is that it’s weak. The fantasy football excitement seems to be ramping up around the running backs, while the wide receivers are taking a back seat. Tetairoa McMillan seems to be the cream of the crop, but some of the other available wide receivers are creeping up on him, trying to take the top WR crown away.

We’ll dig into it all with McMillan and determine his value in dynasty fantasy football leagues.

The Stats

Born in Hawaii before moving to the continental United States, McMillan was a highly touted wide receiver out of Anaheim, California in the class of 2022. The highest-rated player to ever come out of Servite High School, he finished his high school career with 179 receptions for 2,640 yards and 34 touchdowns. He was a finalist for the 2021 Gatorade Football Player of the Year. 247 Sports ranked him as the number four wide receiver in that class, a few spots behind Missouri’s Luther Burden III. He was the highest-ranked four-star wide receiver in the country that season. He originally committed to Oregon, but after several high school teammates committed to Arizona, he flipped his commitment and followed his teammates to Tucson.
