Vikings quarterback Sam Darnold is likely to hit free agency.
Read moreThe annual Devy 100 is an exercise in identifying the best dynasty fantasy prospects within the college game. Given the sheer breadth of the project, it will fall short of a one hundred percent hit rate (independent outside sources have tabbed it at around 98.4 percent) yet can still be a valuable resource when embarking on a devy draft or identifying players to move or target via trade. Of course, you can always reference the full devy rankings at DLF as well.
The introduction of NIL into the college football space has made the devy ranks deeper than ever, with players often opting to stay an additional season to improve their draft stock and collect some cash while they do it. It led to some tough cuts, though NIL in conjunction with the portal has also helped raise the profile of some prospects who may have struggled to reach the national consciousness previously.
A recap of last year’s Devy 100 with links to each article can be found here. Below are the next five in the group.
Profile: One of the lesser heralded talents on the Georgia roster, Bell has nonetheless become a unique weapon within the Bulldog offense. He can line up all over the formation and is a playmaker out of the backfield despite a sturdy 6’1” and 210-pound frame.
While he may never lead a passing game, Bell has a versatile game which makes him a fit in nearly any system. Most importantly, he can run a full route tree, making him more than just a gimmick player. His decision to return to school was wise as he is far from a finished product. If he can mature within a transitioning Georgia offense, he could flirt with day two in 2026.
2025 Outlook: The Bulldogs say goodbye to their two most productive receivers in Arian Smith and Dominic Lovett. As usual, however, they hit the portal for receiver help, bringing in Zachariah Branch from USC and Noah Thomas from Texas A&M. Those two figure to start next to Bell, though Bell’s experience and versatility will keep him as a significant piece within the offense, even if he is not the most gifted player in the group.
