Welcome To The 2025 Dynasty Fantasy Football Season

Wow, it feels like just a few weeks ago we were worrying about submitting our week one lineups. But just like that, the fantasy football points-scoring season has passed, and active dynasty fantasy football managers are already pivoting to the 2025 season. Scouting players, reading up on rookies, watching tape, and preparing for the best days in dynasty – the NFL Draft. The dates this year for the 2025 NFL Draft are Thursday, April 24th through Saturday, April 26th, to be held at Lambeau Field.

At DLF, we share this passion and year-round commitment to the pursuit of success. 2025 Dynasty Rookie Rankings

We released our 2025 dynasty fantasy football rookie rankings several weeks ago for managers already looking forward to next season. Keep in mind, the deadline for players to declare for the NFL draft is Wednesday, Jan 15th (and special eligibility for players in the National Championship until Jan 27th). So these early rankings will continue to adjust as we hear about players committing or staying on at their schools. But if you want to get a jump on knowing some of the up and coming rookies in the 2024 NFL draft class, we’ve got you covered.

myDLF

Since we released myDLF in late 2023, we’ve continued making improvements and changes to it. In addition to the ability to sync your dynasty leagues and have your players highlighted in rankings, ADP, Trade Analyzer, and League Analyzer, you now have more control over what you’d like to focus on at DLF. As a reminder, using myDLF, you’re able to;

• Save tools you use often for quick access.
• Save articles to read later, or have access to without searching through the article archive.
• Choose to “follow” certain writers so their content is always waiting for you.
• Similarly, you can now “follow” NFL players so you don’t miss any breaking news or information.
• League Sync includes the following platforms; Sleeper, My Fantasy League, ESPN, Fleaflicker, FFPC, RTSports, and CBS (will be live by the end of January).

League Analyzer

We rolled out our latest tool, the Dynasty League Analyzer, which allows you to quickly assess your team strength compared to the rest of your league, what positions you are weakest at, and more! The League Analyzer also includes;

• Team rankings, using player values derived from our Dynasty Trade Analyzer.
• Asset rankings by position.
• Starter rankings + draft capital (provided the league platform allows individual pick data).
• Visual league comparison, league heat map, and rosters at a glance.
• Free Agent Finder, highlighting the highest-valued players who are not rostered in your league.

Trade Analyzer

We have made several tweaks to the Trade Analyzer as we pivot into the 2025 season. These updates include;

• Values for all of the specific 2025 rookie draft picks through five rounds (depending on your league platform, these may or may not reflect your roster and assigned picks until the league year is renewed).
• Included a drop-down option for draft picks for leagues that have not yet transitioned to 2025, so you can still identify specific draft picks even if your league hosting platform is not reporting those draft picks through their API.
• Minor adjustments to the back-end algorithm to ensure player values are updated more frequently, and provide more realistic values.
• Additional modifications to the values of rookie draft picks to account for customized values on specific picks.
