Four Wide Receivers to Buy, Sell, or Hold in Dynasty Leagues

Wyatt Bertolone

Welcome to the 'Buy, Sell, or Hold' series where each week I’ll be focusing on one position to analyze four players and what we should be doing with them. For this week we’re back to wide receivers.

Zay Flowers, WR Ravens - Buy

Zay Flowers had a successful rookie season in 2023 scoring 12.9 PPR PPG while earning 21.9% of the total team targets and adding in eight carries. Flowers was a vital part of the Ravens’ offense from day one and continued that throughout the season and even stepped up to a greater role when Mark Andrews was lost for the final six games of the regular season. This could be considered a con though as Flowers scored four of his five receiving touchdowns during that time frame. This offseason the Ravens have kept their passing offense mostly the same after giving Rashod Bateman a contract extension, re-signing Nelson Agholor, and drafting Devontez Walker in the fourth round of the NFL Draft.

The Move – Zay Flowers is an interesting player project forward because he’s talented but is in a situation where you have to wonder what his potential ceiling is since he has to compete with Mark Andrews and it’s a lower volume passing offense. I want to be in on Flowers as I think his talent outweighs his situation and while he may not be able to produce like a top-ten wide receiver he can give multiple high-end WR2 seasons. I’m holding all my current shares and it’s just a matter of price when buying. If the cost is a mid to late first-round rookie pick, preferably in the future, or equivalent value, I’m in.

Jayden Reed, WR Packers - Buy
