2024 Dynasty Fantasy Football Rookie Profile: Will Shipley, RB Clemson
We are looking at one of the most interesting running back classes in recent years. Weird would be the best way to describe it. There are no top-tier running backs in the class, but most people can agree there are multiple running backs who have a better profile when compared to Miles Sanders or even Christine Michael. The dynasty market was excited over both running backs.
Will Shipley is not a generational talent or even a top talent in the 2024 NFL Draft class. He is a running back who has a do-it-all skill that could allow him to stand out in a shallow pool of running backs. Today’s NFL is more plug-and-play with running backs, and Shipley has a profile that could make him a trendy dynasty asset in the right situation.

After being ranked as one of the top running backs in the 2021 recruiting class, Shipley put together a modest freshman season, rushing for 739 yards and 11 touchdowns. He had a lot of hype going into his career at Clemson and his initial season with the Tigers was a little anticlimactic. The entire team struggled on offense. DJ Uiagalelei proved he wasn’t Trevor Lawrence’s succor by completing 55.6 percent of his passes and only tossing just ten touchdown passes.
