2024 Dynasty Fantasy Football Rookie Profile: Adonai Mitchell, WR Texas

Speed. If there is one thing the NFL has proven to covet, it’s speed. Xavier Worthy broke the NFL Scouting Combine 40-yard dash record by running a 4.21-second official time and immediately skyrocketed up NFL Draft mocks, and rightfully so. But there was someone else from the University of Texas who also put up an astounding time; Adonai Mitchell.

Mitchell has a lackluster production profile, so there have always been questions about how early he would be drafted, but running a 4.34 40-time at 6’2” is something that will definitely grab the attention of NFL general managers.

The question we as dynasty managers have to ask ourselves is: how much do we let that projected draft capital sway us in rookie drafts?
