Penny is durable enough? His health has been a huge concern. He’s missed 43% of his games since getting drafted. Don’t think that counts as being “durable enough”

There were few solid RB FA this off season, even Gordon is not signed but likely going back to Denver. If you went with Penny signing back to Seattle I would much prefer Playoff Lenny going back to Tampa as the best RB FA signing.
