Welcome to Would You Rather: Dynasty Edition, a series from DLF based on the popular board game. Each week we post a poll on Twitter asking fans who they prefer between a player or a certain pick. However, in honor of March officially being Dynasty Trade Month, we are analyzing a trade that was shared with us. The values used here are via the DLF Trade Analyzer. We will cover the results and discuss both sides of the poll in depth. Let’s get right to it!
Superflex/TE Premium 10-Team PPR: Rashod Bateman plus 2023 First vs Michael Pittman plus 2023 Second
Last week we covered a trade involving Cooper Kupp and Trevor Lawrence while giving you a tutorial on how to use the trade analyzer. If you need a refresher, click here. The poll we chose to cover this week ended as lopsided as we have seen since we kicked off dynasty trade month on March 1st. Bateman and the 2023 first won in a landslide over Pittman and the 2023 second.

Just out of curiosity, if the trade were Pittman for Bateman straight-up what would be your take? re: which player do you believe has better long-term upside?
This is the same question I thought to myself when reading the article. I personally would take Bateman as he ijust looks like a better overall WR than Pittman. NFL schemes change too fast and free agency changes the long term value of fantasy players to make a decision on anything other than the players themselves, at least for long-term upside. I like Pittman but Bateman seems the more complete WR.
I know I am in the minority, but I prefer Pittman. At least for the next two seasons. This was my thought even before Ryan was traded to Indy. More opportunity or faster paced offense will always prevail for me. Thank you for reading, Greg.
