Week 16

Firstly, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!  Wishing you a joyous and safe holiday season.  This is a time to embrace your family, friends and humanity in general.  Show those close to you that you don’t take them for granted and your life is enriched having them in it.  Be extra tolerant of people and be even more generous.  Give a bit more than you have before or, perhaps, give for the first time.  We are all connected.  Doing something nice for others not only adds value to their lives, but also adds value to your own.  You feel differently when you give.

There’s so much violence, angst and frustration on a daily basis thrust upon us.  At least for this next week, choose understanding, love and compassion and let everything else go.  As we say goodbye to 2020, wave goodbye to other things that aren’t working for you as well.  You’ve got this!

Good luck in your Championship game!  Win or lose, have fun.  Nothing else matters.
