He took everyone’s attention at the NFL Scouting Combine this year, testing through the roof and shining at the running back position when others were disappointing. His college production was also sparkling, coming just shy of three straight 1,000-yard rushing seasons. But is Justice Hill automatically a top choice in the 2019 NFL Draft? We weigh in on the former Oklahoma State star.
