It is always difficult to figure out where IDP players will go in your rookie drafts. It is always very dependent on your league’s scoring and how your fellow league-mates view IDP player values. I have IDP leagues where the top-end defensive players will go at the end of the first round of the draft. But I am also in other IDP leagues where you usually don’t see defensive players come off the board until around the third round.
For these rankings, I am combining a mix of mock drafts that I have done with some of the bigger IDP names in the industry. If there is a question on where to draft a specific player, I am going off my own personal rankings and where I would select a specific player. Feel free to reach out for suggestions. You can also check out my rookie IDP rankings for more specifics on each player.
This draft is based on a 12-team, superflex, 1.5 TE premium with IDP123 scoring. I am assuming that the starting lineup is a typical myfantasyleague.com IDP league format with 10 offensive starters of 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 SF, 2 Flex and 10 defensive starters of 1 DT, 2 DE, 3 LB, 1 CB, 2 S, 1 Flex.
For those who play on Sleeper, make sure you adjust these rankings for that platform's defensive settings: DT is combined with DL, which pushes down DT value; Edge Rushers are labeled as LB/DE, whereas MFL considers Edge Rushers as DE; CB and S are combined as DB, which hurts any CB’s value.
Player positions are listed as they are on the MFL website. Please check Sleeper for variations on position eligibility.
