The 2025 NFL Draft has officially wrapped up, but in dynasty leagues, the search for hidden gems never ends. While the NFL may have overlooked certain players, we continue to hold out hope that their dreams, and our fantasy hopes, are still alive.
Finding a fantasy-relevant undrafted free agent (UDFA) is admittedly a long shot, but history reminds us that success stories do happen. Just last year, Jalen Coker flashed his potential during his rookie season with the Panthers, and looking further back, we even have Hall of Fame tight end Antonio Gates and two-time MVP and Super Bowl-winning quarterback Kurt Warner, both of whom went undrafted.
Every year, a few players the dynasty community loves slip through the draft. So, who were some of the biggest surprises not to hear their name called this year? And could any of them still be fantasy-relevant in dynasty?

Raheim "Rocket" Sanders, once one of college football’s rising stars, made his mark at Arkansas with a breakout 2022 season, rushing for 1,443 yards and earning First-Team All-SEC honors. Known for his power and straight-line speed, he was seen as a future NFL feature back. However, injuries derailed his 2023 campaign, limiting him to just six games and raising concerns about his durability and long-term explosiveness.
