According to Mel Kiper, Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders would be his 2024 rookie QB3 should he declare for the NFL Draft.
All reports would seem to suggest that Sanders will remain in school for further development, but the decision hasn't be announced as of yet. There's great need across the NFL for quarterbacks and Sanders has caught the eye of the league with his accuracy, arm talent and mobility. The push-pull of a first-round selection vs. further development at Colorado could take his decision into January. That said, according to Mel Kiper, he's does not yet have a first-round grade.
