The Buffalo Bills drafted Florida wide receiver Justin Shorter in the fifth round of the NFL Draft.
Shorter had a brutal combine and never really hit his stride at Florida, causing the once highly regarded receiver to tumble in the draft. Buffalo is likely banking on him being a bit of a late bloomer and will likely bring him along slowly. There's some upside here as he's tied to Josh Allen, but Shorter looks the part of a late round rookie pick at this point.
