After logging a 76% snap-share in week 10, Ahmed's 66% share in week 11 was 40 points higher than that of Patrick Laird indicating the team has confidence in the undrafted back. On the day, he produced 43 yards on 12 carries while producing 31 yards on 5-of-6 receiving. Ahmed is similar in size and style to oft-injured backfield mate Matt Breida and has shown better-than-expected between-the-tackles ability though is most dangerous in space to the outside. With Miles Gaskin still on the shelf, Ahmed carries RB2 upside in week 12 when the team travels to face the winless Jets. Ahmed, DLF's sparsely ranked RB92, is difficult to forecast due to unknown long-term role but the rookie has shown some dynamic to suggest he could replace aforementioned Breida. He should be owned in all dynasty leagues while his future plays out.
