A walk-on at Old Dominion? Check. Cut by two teams (Green Bay and Detroit) in 2019? Check. Released twice by two different teams in the last six weeks? Check. 12 receptions, 209 yards and two touchdowns over the past two weeks? Check. Fulgham put on a clinic during the Eagles' week five loss and has certainly earned snaps in week six though it's impossible to expect a follow-on performance now that he's squarely on the radar for defensive secondaries. It remains to be seen if the team has found an answer to their 2020 receiver woes but the off-the-radar player will be given every opportunity to be just that. For dynasty players, the unranked 25 year-old is certainly to light up free agent bidding across the fantasy landscape as games like that which Fulgham just turned in can't be completely ignored, but caution is certainly warranted and expectations must be kept low. The Eagles host the surging and stout Ravens in week six and all eyes will be on the out-of-nowhere receiver once again. Travis Fulgham is worthy of addition ahead of the team's week six match-up but he's best suited as a fringe developmental player until we see follow-through on his two-week explosion.
