After producing nine receptions and 114 yards in week one, Gage had a satisfactory follow-on performance in week two, logging a 6-of-9 target receiving day for 46 yards and a touchdown. His second week of significant snap share was no anomaly and secures his status as the WR3 in the Falcons' offense and putting him on the radar as a potential WR4 flex play in fantasy. At only 24 years of age, Gage's role between Julio Jones and Calvin Ridley should keep him in single coverage and provide a foundation for consistent targets going forward. While not a receiver who projects highly in dynasty his status as a role-player has value in deep-roster leagues and he can be considered for addition if available. Russell Gage is a sparsely ranked WR86 on DLF's receiver rankings.
