It was fully expected for Penny who tore his ACL late in 2019. He'll miss at least the first six games to start the season and will give way to off-season additions Carlos Hyde and rookie DeeJay Dallas for backup duties behind the frequently injured but productive Chris Carson. Penny has flashed in limited duty in two seasons, producing 5.3 ypc. and five touchdowns on 150 attempts but can't stay off the trainer's table. Now in his third year, he'll need to return and stay healthy to resurrect any dynasty value. Rashaad Penny is found as DLF's RB49.
