Hill has been nowhere to be found since tearing his ACL nearly two years ago while with New England. Now reportedly fully healthy (he still has to pass his physical), Hill will join a Raiders backfield that needed a solid backup to Josh Jacobs. Hill had a great start to his career with Cincinnati by rushing for over 1,100 yards and scoring nine touchdowns in his rookie season back in 2014. He led the league in touchdowns with 11 in 2015, but was eventually phased out of the offense in favor of Joe Mixon. Hill is still off the radar in dynasty leagues, but could resurface if anything were to happen to Jacobs. Still, he's best served on dynasty watch lists at the moment.
