This has been the expectation all along though third-round rookie selection Ke'Shawn Vaughn has been a fast-riser in fantasy drafts with the hope he supplants Jones as the starter. The COVID crisis is likely to stunt the growth of most rookies in 2020 due to lack of field time so dynasty owners will need to be patient. Jones isn't a third-down specialist but did produce 31 receptions in 2019 and has been working hard during the off-season. Tom Brady's arrival in Tampa Bay has provided much needed structure and energy and the rising tide should lift all boats, including that of Ronald Jones. As DLF's RB38, there's upside value should Jones find success early in the season but should he falter, the door will be open for Vaughn and/or Dare Ogunbowale.
