Originally looking at a 12-16 week return timetable, Samuel has reported his surgery was "perfect" and he should be back in 10 weeks. If true, that would mean he'd be ready to return for the beginning of the regular season. The team doesn't have a bye week until week 11 and their first three games come against the Cardinals, Jets and Giants. Arguably, the schedule would seem to favor holding Samuel back even should he be healthy come week one. As a rookie, Samuel produced 802 yards and three touchdowns on 57 receptions but is clearly the WR1 in the offense when healthy. A return in September should still allow the sophomore to eclipse 1,000 yards and presents an intriguing opportunity in both dynasty and redraft if given the opportunity. Deebo Samuel is found as DLF's WR26.
