Shepard visited a concussion specialist on Wednesday though there has been no official report of the outcome of that visit. With a bye week following this Sunday's game and a 2-7 record, it would seem the best course of action would be to send Shepard to I.R. to allow for full recovery in preparation for 2020. Shepard and the Giants have experienced a frustrating season thus far in 2019 and his 25/267/1 stat line was far from expected following the departure of Odell Beckham, but quarterback play, mid-season injury to Saquon Barkley and defensive issues sunk the G-Men out of the gate and things haven't gotten much better since. Shepard, still only 26, is DLF's WR46.
