Jones, a former second round pick of Buffalo, gets a much needed change of scenery after posting just 90 catches in his 36 career games with the Bills. The Raiders have been in need of another receiver after Antonio Brown imploded and this seems like a pretty cheap dart throw. With the move to Oakland, you'd expect Jones' ADP of 163 and WR ranking of 85 to start to rise a bit. However, Jones is a player who has some off the field concerns and was phased out of the offense for the talent-challenged Bills. In short, expectations should be tempered. Meanwhile, Duke Williams is all of a sudden an interesting name to file away as it seems he's the new WR3 in Buffalo.
