Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp had five catches for 61 yards in the Rams playoff loss to the Eagles.

Dynasty Analysis

Firmly supplanted as the Rams top option by Puka Nacua, it's fair to wonder just what his future holds at this point. Kupp may finally be showing his age at this point and he's under contract for a lot of money moving forward. While the cap hit for cutting him would possibly be too much to endure, it's a possibility moving forward. Kupp's dynasty value is sinking fairly rapidly at this point and he may indeed need a new home.

The Rams are reportedly planning on trading wide receiver Cooper Kupp.

Dynasty Analysis

Kupp wants to stay, but the Rams are ready to move on. Kupp struggled with injuries again last year en route to 67 catches for 710 yards and six touchdowns, ceding WR1 duties to Puka Nacua in the process. Now 31, those nagging injuries may have caught up to him. Now three years removed from his last 1,000 yard season (a 1,947 yard monster in 2021), Kupp will look to join a contender with the Ravens, Commanders and Chiefs all being mentioned already. We'll see where he lands, but Kupp's days as a true WR1 are likely over.

Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp had one catch for 29 yards in a win over the Cardinals.

Dynasty Analysis

Kupp had three targets, while Puka Nacua had 14. This has been a theme over the past month as it seems the Rams are content just peppering Nacua with footballs and essentially using Kupp as a blocker and a decoy. This has been a disaster of an end to the season for Kupp who now has just four catches on nine targets for 53 scoreless yards over his last three games. His dynasty ADP is going to sink this off-season.

Rams Head Coach Sean McVay announced Cooper Kupp will be out for an extended period of time following an ankle injury suffered in Sunday's game.

Dynasty Analysis

He also said Kupp is a candidate for injured reserve. This has all the looks of a high ankle sprain for Kupp, who is quickly garnering a reputation for ankle ailments. It seems as if him going on IR may be a foregone conclusion and dynasty managers shouldn't be counting on him for the next month or longer. This is a major short-term blow to Kupp's value as he honestly looked like he could make a run at being the overall WR1 yet again this season. Instead, his dynasty value is going to start sinking again as the veteran seemingly can't stay healthy at this point in his career. Kupp remains a hold in dynasty leagues but the quick "sell" window just shut.

Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp had 14 catches for 110 yards and a touchdown in the Rams loss to Detroit on Sunday night.

Dynasty Analysis

Well, that should answer any questions about Kupp being healthy. Now 31, Kupp is certainly on the "back 40" of his career but this night showed yet again he has the ability to win a fantasy game for a managers almost single-handedly. If Puka Nacua is out for an extended period of time, Kupp is going to be an elite-level option in the short-term. If you're a rebuilding team with Kupp on your roster, now is the time to cash out. Conversely, if you're searching for a title and need a veteran receiver, few are better.
