The Bears drafted Missouri wide receiver Luther Burden with the 39th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Dynasty Analysis

Williams already had DJ Moore, D'Andre Swift, Cole Kmet, and Rome Odunze to sling the ball to, but Chicago is clearly serious about setting him up for success as they've now added Michigan tight end Colston Loveland and now Burden. Williams started showing some solid signs last season and the loss of Keenan Allen now looks pretty negligible to his future as he's looking like a potential breakout QB1 next season.

The Bears hired Lions Offensive Coordinator Ben Johnson as their new Head Coach.

Dynasty Analysis

Wow. Most thought Johnson would land a job somewhere, but few believed Chicago was going to be the best of his choices. He clearly must believe in the talent of Williams and this move has to be seen as a positive one for the Chicago offense as Johnson has proven to be both creative and productive on that side of the ball - something the Bears haven't exactly been known for as of late. Williams could be on the "buy low" side of the dynasty rankings this off-season, especially as his rookie season continues to be overshadowed by Jayden Daniels.

Bears quarterback Caleb Williams completed 26-of-40 passes for 334 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in a loss to Detroit.

Dynasty Analysis

He added 34 rushing yards to lead the team. The stat line looks good, but there were some empty points out there with the Bears getting crushed early. He's done enough this season to look like the quarterback of the future in Chicago, but some changes need to be made around him for him to truly be an elite level fantasy performer. Still, his second half has been a lot better than his first half and he looks like a solid dynasty hold.

Bears quarterback Caleb Williams completed 20-of-39 passes for 256 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions in a loss against the Lions.

Dynasty Analysis

He co-led the Bears with 39 yards rushing as well. Williams was spotty at first, but made a bunch of plays in the second half to keep Chicago in it. Unfortunately, his inexperience (and terrible coaching) led the Bears to inexplicably let the clock run out in the fourth quarter before attempting a game-tying field goal. The team is a total mess, but Williams has looked like a player making some strides over the past few weeks. A new coaching staff could help or hurt, but Williams at least looks like he has NFL talent. We'll see if Chicago ruins it or helps him fulfill his potential.

Bears quarterback Caleb Williams completed 32-of-47 passes for 340 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in a loss against Minnesota.

Dynasty Analysis

He also led the Bears with 33 rushing yards. Williams nearly led an unbelievable comeback, but the Bears were once again left heartbroken with another loss. Williams hadn't thrown a touchdown pass in a month, so this was a welcome sight for sure. He may not be the dynasty prospect Jayden Daniels has been, but Williams (and his value) seems to be on the rise again.
