Betting odds for Cam Ward to be taken first overall have moved to -50,000.
Dynasty Analysis
Well, that should do it. You would need to wager $50,000 on Ward going first to the Titans to win $100. In other words, this is locked in. Ward will slot in as the starter, pushing Will Levis to the bench should Tennessee choose to keep him and not trade him over the weekend. While many teams are more equipped on offense, Ward will have every chance to succeed with an organization known for relative stability.

The Tennessee Titans select WR Chimere Dike with the first pick of the fourth round (103).
Dynasty Analysis
This is no immediate threat to Calvin Ridley or the top of the Titans' WR depth chart, but Dike can be a nice perimeter piece to rotate in for Cam Ward. Dike could be worth a deep rookie selection, but is more likely to be a waiver wire placeholder with a wait-and-see approach.
The Tennessee Titans drafted Miami quarterback Cam Ward with the top overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Dynasty Analysis
As expected, Ward was taken first overall by the Tennessee Titans. While not the elite-level prospect we've seen taken first overall like Peyton Manning or Andrew Luck, Ward has done nothing but impress during the pre-draft process to the point the Titans just stopped fielding trade calls. He'll likely "compete" with Will Levis early on, but that's a competition he'll win quickly if the Titans even keep Levis through the weekend. Tennessee added Tyler Lockett and have Calvin Ridley in the fold, but Ward will need a lot more help to be successful in the long run. Regardless, he's in line to be a high-end QB2 or low-end QB1 early in his career with runway to be even better. He's seasoned, poised and talented and that seems like a good mix.
Multiple reports are circulating that Cam Ward is indeed going to be the first pick in next week's NFL Draft.
Dynasty Analysis
At this point, it seems it would take what many are calling a historical trade package to move the Titans off Ward. After sneaking into the top spot the last week of the season, Tennessee tried its best to go in different direction but in the end, it seems they've been sold on Ward as their future. There's certainly nothing official here, but if they take someone else, this would be one of the greatest smokescreens in draft history.
(Source: Titans Insider)The latest NFL Mock Draft on ESPN has Cam Ward going to Tennessee with pick #1.
Dynasty Analysis
This is clearly the most likely scenario with the former Hurricane reportedly impressing the Titans at his recent workout and interview sessions. Ward may not quite be a lock to go first overall, but it seems to be getting closer by the day. Regardless, he looks like a solid pick in round one of rookie drafts if he does indeed go to the Titans, despite a lack of talent that would surround him.
(Source: ESPN)Miami quarterback Cam Ward was picked #1 overall by the Titans in Mel Kiper's initial mock draft.
Dynasty Analysis
The Titans have tried to make it work with Will Levis and others, but after middling through the Ryan Tannehill era as a pretty average team, they might be wise to look at what could be an elite-level signal caller. Ward threw for over 4,300 yards with 39 touchdowns and seven interceptions this year. He also holds the record for most touchdown passes in college history with 156 after stops with Incarnate World, Washington State and Miami. At this point, he looks like the frontrunner for the #1 pick and would be a solid selection at the top of rookie superflex drafts this Spring.
