The latest NFL Mock Draft on ESPN has Ashton Jeanty being taken by the Bears with the tenth overall pick.
Dynasty Analysis
This would be an interesting spot for Jeanty to say the least as the Bears currently have D'Andre Swift and Roschon Johnson in the backfield. Still, Jeanty is a star in the making and sometimes teams look past immediate needs to acquire these kinds of talents. Jeanty seems to be a near lock to go in the top 15 picks at this point and this is certainly a possibility. Dynasty managers are going to need to have an open mind with this as Jeanty may not end up in the optimal spot. Regardless, he's a lock for an early pick in rookie drafts this Spring.

The Raiders continue to be linked to Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty.
Dynasty Analysis
The latest report indicates it's little more than a foregone conclusion Las Vegas takes Jeanty with the sixth overall pick in next week's draft. It's just a bit bold to say anyone is going anywhere outside of the first overall selection. However, the Raiders look to be the first team on the list who would realistically consider Jeanty in round one. If this is the case, he would be locked into the RB1 territory from day one. Still, there would also be a bit of a buyer beware tag on him as Pete Carroll does love himself a good old fashioned running back competition.

Dynasty Analysis
A sure-fire first round draft pick, Jeanty really has little to gain and more to lose should he not perform as well as expected. Instead, he'll work out at his Pro Day and hope to solidify his draft stock. He's been a popular mock draft target of the Broncos and Cowboys, though anything can (and likely will) happen there. Jeanty projects as a solid rookie draft pick, perhaps even the 1.01 in traditional formats this Spring.

Dynasty Analysis
Jeanty is often mocked to Dallas, so this was a little different. Fresh off an unbelievable season where he posted nearly 2,500 rushing yards, Jeanty will undoubtedly be the first running back off the board in both the NFL and rookie drafts this year. Jeanty would fit well in Denver as the Javonte Williams era seems to be over. We'll see what happens, but Jeanty looks like a player who could be the top position player taken in rookie drafts this Spring if he lands in a desirable spot - Denver would be one of those for sure.
