The long-time Giant posted a 32/334/1 line for Tampa Bay in the regular season and failed to catch a pass in their lone postseason contest last season. Still, he's a veteran target who can fill in for Mike Evans or Chris Godwin should they miss time. From a dynasty perspective, Shepard is far from the player he once was and should honestly be left on waivers for the time being.
