Thank you so much for your support as a DLF subscriber. Your paid membership enables us to produce the best dynasty fantasy football content on the planet. If you wish to cancel your recurring subscription for any reason, we want this process to be as easy as possible. Below are some general instructions for cancelling your recurring DLF premium subscription.
Accessing your account information
Not sure if you have a recurring subscription? Don’t know when your subscription will run out? You can determine what type of subscription you currently have as well as the potential end date of your subscription by visiting your Account Information Page. You can access this page by signing in to your DLF account. Once in, on the right side of the site (right where you signed in) you’ll see a link titled My Account. Click on the My Account link to go to your Account Information Page.
Cancelling your subscription
If your account is a recurring subscription, you will see a “next rebill” date. This is the date your subscription will end and your next payment will be automatically processed. If your account shows anything else, it is not a recurring subscription and no other payments will automatically occur.
To cancel your recurring subscription, click on the cancel link next to the next rebill date.
You will be asked if you are sure you want to cancel your subscription. If you are sure, click Yes, I want to cancel subscription.
If you paid through STRIPE
If you originally paid for your subscription with a credit card through the Stripe processing system, then the remaining process for cancelling is simple. After confirming you want to cancel, your recurring payment will be cancelled through Stripe, and you’ll see a confirmation screen similar to the one below. That’s it, your recurring payment has been cancelled.
If you paid through PayPal
If you paid through PayPal with a credit card or using your PayPal balance, then the process involves a few additional steps. These steps are required by PayPal to confirm you actually wish to discontinue the payments. We have no control over this process with PayPal.
After confirming you wish to cancel payments, you’ll be sent to your PayPal login screen. Please log into your PayPal account using your PayPal credentials. If you are unsure of your PayPal login credentials, please pursue assistance through PayPal support.
Once you have signed into your PayPal account, you’ll be directed to your recurring payments page where you’ll see all recurring payments set up through your PayPal account. Please click on View Recurring Payment Details for the DLF recurring payments.
From there, you’ll see the recurring payment summary screen. In there you’ll see a link to cancel the recurring payment. Click on that link to cancel the payment.
