I think the Stidham/ NE move is a win-win for Belichick.
If Stidham is terrible, they have a shot at the top QBs (Lawrence) next year.
If Stidham is good, Belichick is lauded as not needing TB12 or adding Newton/Winston’s salary.

Stidham might not be the answer but Bill Belichick doesn’t coach shitty teams. Lawrence is a non factor and this squad could still hilariously win the division. All hail the hoodie.

A sneaky winner is Russel Gage. Atlanta never drafted a guy, as far as we know, he still has the Sanu role.

good point. They did pick up Treadwell, but I assume you are not banking on a rebirth. Similarly, you would have to call Funchess (or Sternberger) winners based on the same logic. btw – Gage did play well down the stretch and showed us something.

If Jordan Howard can stay healthy, I think he’ll be fine, and be the lead bac, and be the better scorer overall
