2025 Dynasty Riser, Faller and Longshot Predictions: Dallas Cowboys

Summer is the best time to evaluate dynasty assets and their place in the dynasty market. In this series, we will bring you a riser, faller, and longshot from each NFL team. We’ll cover dynasty values, positional trades, and overall team outlooks.
Let’s jump into the Dallas Cowboys!
It has been a strong off-season for Prescott. We have not heard much from him since his 2024 was truncated by a hamstring injury, but he has to be enthused by the Cowboys' moves this spring. The team invested a first-round pick in offensive lineman Tyler Booker and made a big move to land George Pickens via trade, giving the Cowboys a much-needed secondary weapon.

Prescott has rebounded from the post-injury dip, creeping back above pick 150 after seeing his value crater in December. The situation around him has been enhanced and there should be no significant long-term recovery concerns, even though a partial hamstring avulsion is a serious injury. Prescott is only a year removed from throwing for 4,516 yards and 36 touchdowns and still provides a QB1 ceiling despite becoming a boring veteran.
