My wide receiver prospect rankings for every NFL Draft class from 2021 to the present are stacked together. These rankings were in the works since I charted the 2021 and 2022 prospects, which you can find on the site. This feature was debuted to the public leading into the 2023 draft.

I wanted not just to provide rankings for the current draft class but additional context when comparing prospects to my thoughts on players from prior years, as well as the strength of each receiver class as a whole. While I believe that the raw Reception Perception data tells us everything we need to know about how a receiver plays and my analysis in the profiles paints a picture of how they’ll win in the NFL, this gives you a quick and easy way to compare to players who we’ve seen translate or not translate to the pros.

In addition to my 2021 to current NFL Draft prospect stacked rankings, you’ll find notes, tiers, and an NFL play trend line for the wide receivers. I want to offer readers as much context as possible when ranking these players because, as most of you know, I hate numerical rankings of players as a standalone tool.

To the LEFT is a color-coded key to the tiers sorting.

I’ll also keep a note of the most recent edits whenever a new prospect is added during my charting process leading up to each NFL Draft going forward.

Remember, for guys who are already in the NFL, these rankings are reflective of how I viewed these receivers as prospects coming into the league, not how they have performed as pros. That’s why I added the “NFL Play” column to show whether they’ve overperformed my rankings (green arrow), underperformed my ranking (red arrow) or been about exactly what I expected (yellow level arrow). And that “performance” has nothing to do with their fake news stats or production, simply how they’re playing in isolation from their surroundings via Reception Perception.
