Winner: Zay Flowers, WR

I thought the Ravens were going to address their lack of receiving options through the draft, but instead, they opted to bring in DeAndre Hopkins off of the worst year of his career. Flowers will once again be the undisputed #1 option for one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, with no legitimate threats to that supremacy.

Loser: Isaiah Likely, TE
