Winner: Will Shipley, RB

Shipley’s dynasty value is a classic case of good news/bad news.

The bad news is that he’s currently second on the depth chart behind Saquon Barkley, who’s coming off of one of the best running back seasons of all time and really doesn’t look like he’s going to slow down any time soon. With Barkley there, his weekly fantasy value is almost zero.

However, the good news, is that he’s one injury away from being a weekly RB2. Kenneth Gainwell left in free agency, and the Eagles did not draft any competition. Shipley is one of the premier handcuffs to own in dynasty fantasy football.
