The NFL owners failed to pass a rule banning the "tush push."
Read moreThe annual Devy 100 is an exercise in identifying the best dynasty fantasy prospects within the college game. Given the sheer breadth of the project, it will fall short of a one hundred percent hit rate (independent outside sources have tabbed it at around 98.4 percent) yet can still be a valuable resource when embarking on a devy draft or identifying players to move or target via trade. Of course, you can always reference the full devy rankings at DLF as well.
The introduction of NIL into the college football space has made the devy ranks deeper than ever, with players often opting to stay an additional season to improve their draft stock and collect some cash while they do it. It led to some tough cuts, though NIL in conjunction with the portal has also helped raise the profile of some prospects who may have struggled to reach the national consciousness previously.
A recap of last year’s Devy 100 with links to each article can be found here. Below are the next five in the group.
Profile: A top recruit in the 2022 class, it took Anderson some time in the incubator before he took off at the collegiate level. After a redshirt season at Alabama, Anderson transferred to LSU and broke out in 2024 to the tune of 884 receiving yards and five scores.
Checking in at just over 5’8”, Anderson is never going to be a jump ball wizard but he has a powerful, bulked-up frame which allows him to absorb punishment despite lacking ideal size. His electric start and stop skills make him a dynamic option out of the slot and he has top-end speed which allows him to threaten over the top as well. Anderson’s size may cap his ceiling, but his dynamic toolkit could portend a career as a highly productive slot receiver, an elite second option on an NFL team.
2025 Outlook: After leading LSU in receiving in 2024, Anderson has more competition in 2025. Transfers Nic Anderson and Barion Brown round out a dynamic receiving trio and each could lead this team in receiving. Even if Anderson loses target share, he should post some big numbers within an explosive LSU offense. He is set up well for a strong draft season.
